Who We Are
Daryl is a partner with New Oaks Consulting and has over 34 years of professional business experience, 32 in industry and 15 in consulting and training. His industry experience was mainly with Procter and Gamble where he spent 18 years in Production Management and 14 years in Innovation / Project Management. Daryl led or was significantly involved in developing many of the Project Management Office systems currently used across P&G. He has also trained globally over 1000 people and loves making things come alive for people.
He has a broad range of experiences across several different P&G brands, categories, and countries with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver breakthrough innovation worldwide. He has successfully led many complex multi-million dollar global projects from initiation to project close-out.
Daryl has a BA in Civil Engineering and a BA in Geology from Montana State University. He has Certifications in PMP, PMI OPM3 Assessor, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mark is a partner with New Oaks Consulting and has over 30 years of broad business management experience, including senior management roles, strategic planning, change management, business turnarounds, process improvement, product management, product launches and sales management roles for both public and private organizations. Prior experience includes President of United Fiberglass of America, Inc., President of Artifex Finishing, Business Consulting, 15 years in management, operations and sales roles with VaxServe, Sanofi Pasteur and NCR. Mark enjoys working with management teams focused on exceeding expectations through superior relationships and maintaining excellence in business practices.
Mark is well read and has a Bachelor of Science, Marketing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH and has completed the Leadership Development Course from the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs, CO, including the following certifications - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Gold Practitioner, and Project Management Professional.
Billy is a partner with New Oaks Consulting and has over 36 years of professional business experience with Procter & Gamble. He is an accomplished Innovation & Supply Chain Leader with mastery in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Talent Management, New Business Creation & Lean Innovation.
Proven track record and success leading large complex projects comprised of cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to develop breakthrough innovations and new brands. Exceptional leader and coach experienced in developing high performance teams & organizations.
He has expertise in many aspects of Talent Management from selection to the on-boarding, performance management, development and retention of top talent.
Billy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee and an MBA from Notre Dame. He has professional certifications in Project Management, Lean Innovation, Leadership Development and Talent Management.
Jackie Messersmith is a strategic partner of New Oaks Consulting and has over 30 years of Talent Management Consulting experience and working with clients. She has a history of developing the most effective and efficient work processes for their organizations.
She builds integrated talent development processes and solutions to assess, identify, engage, develop, and grow talent to deliver value and organizational growth. This includes: defining roles and goals, producing job descriptions, creating recruiting, hiring and onboarding best practices, crafting performance review processes, developing and executing succession plans, and implementing employee engagement surveys.
She developed the Talent Optimization Process designed to integrate talent development into all of your HR practices. Her career has been devoted to increasing profitability, productivity, workforce satisfaction and ultimately growth for clients.
Jackie's work has been featured in Total Quality: Management, Organization, and Strategy, by Dr. James Evans, University of Cincinnati. Her article entitled," Bringing people, processes and the workplace together for high performing work environments" has appeared in an issue of the International Facility Management Journal and The Journal of Leadership and Management in Engineering. The Cincinnati Business Courier has published her article entitled, "New Wave of Thinking of Business Processes." Jackie is professionally affiliated with the At Work on Purpose, Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, and was a past board member of International Facility Manager's Association.
Joel is a strategic partner with New Oaks Consulting and has over 25 years of industry professional business experience. He is an accomplished leader in Project Management, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. His experience spans in Food, Retail, Wholesale, and Distribution industries; working for companies like Heinz, Gap, and Luxottica.
He has a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar projects spanning multiple geographic regions and functions from implementing new transportation management systems to new distribution center and operational start-ups.
Joel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio as well as an MBA from Xavier University. He is also certified in Project Management (PMP), Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Joel is also an Adjunct Professor for Cincinnati State teaching Project Management.
Gabrielle Holdeman is a junior business analyst and implementation consultant with New Oaks Consulting. She has been with New Oaks Consulting for one year and has industry experience in data analytics, project management and process improvement/implementation. Principal experience includes utilizing business analytics for inventory management, pick, pack and ship process improvement, and employee development. Gabrielle has worked with Medical Purchasing Solutions and Qualitor Automotive as a business and inventory analyst.
Gabrielle has a Microsoft Excel Certification and is proficient in all of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks. Gabrielle is a recent graduate of Cedarville University where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has passed all four parts of the Certified Public Accountant Examination (CPA)
Zeke Holdeman is a business analyst of New Oaks Consulting and has two years of industry business management experience including, project management, process improvement/implementation and data analytics. Prior experience includes data analysis and process improvement work with Qualitor Automotive and non-profit audit work with Batts Morrison Wales & Lee (BMWL).
Zeke is also a proficient user of various software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks. Zeke is a recent graduate of Cedarville University where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently studying to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
